| florals After repeatedly dreaming of gardens, Joan elan Davis began incorporating the floral form into her paintings with dedication and focus. "Im a floral painter, who does not really paint flowers at all," Davis says of her organic natural compostions. Davis is actually a colorist that uses the floral form to express a powerful and meaningful picture from her experiences with people and nature. Her floral series are quite varied and fall into many different collections based on the search for understanding within that collection.
